Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may:

  • RETURN within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
  • FOR EXCHANGES please return the item/s you wish to exchange for a full refund or store credit and place a new order on our website
  • RECEIVE E-SHOP CREDIT** for your return within 45 days 

**Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for refunds; store credit available. 

When returning Sale and Final Sale items customers will be charged with a $8.95 shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund or merchandise credit. Returns are free for full price items. 

We reserve the right to reject returns. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We do not provide extensions on return deadlines during holidays. Please note that reimbursement for any returns as well as product exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned product.

Returns are only provided if processed through this page. Eligible merchandise must show no signs of wear and must be sent back in the original packaging. We recommend trying out your shoes on a carpeted surface before deciding whether or not the fit is right for you.

To start your return process, please enter your email and order number below. Pending return requests will be approved within 1 business day, between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST (Mon-Fri).
