If for any reason you are not satisfied with your footwear, you may:
RETURN within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
EXCHANGE your shoes for a new size/color/item within 30 days
RECEIVE E-SHOP CREDIT for your return within 45 days
Free returns are only provided if processed through this page. Returned merchandise must be unworn. We reserve the right to reject returns. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. If you use a method for your return which is not designated by www.bernardo1946.com, you are responsible for all return fees, which are non-refundable. If alternate carriers are used, lost shipments are not the responsibility of www.bernardo1946.com
Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund. The item(s) may be returned for an e-shop credit within 30 days.
Items marked down to a price ending in .99 are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
