Orders

Your order is listed at the top of the confirmation email you receive after placing your order. It also appears in the shipping confirmation email along with your order tracking number. You can also find it by visiting “My Account”.

When in the checkout page, copy and paste your code into the “discount code or gift card” box on the right-hand side of the screen. Please note only one code is allowed per order. This applies to e-credits as well. 

We will honor a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your purchase date.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a new size, please complete a return and repurchase the correct size. 

If you purchased an item with a discount and need a new size, please reach out to our customer service for assistance. 

Once orders are placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. 

Shipping and Delivery

We are currently only able to ship within the United States and its territories as well as Canada. 

We ship out of New York; please see our UPS Ground Map for estimated transit times. 

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for your shipment to be completed. 

  • Ground shipping: Free 
  • 2-Day shipping: $20
  • Overnight shipping: $30

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will ship out same day.

Orders placed between 12:00 PM (EST) Friday through midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Our carrier UPS, only delivers on business days. This also applies to 2-day and Overnight orders. 2-Day orders placed Thursday’s after 12PM. (EST) will be delivered the following Monday. The same applies for Overnight orders placed on Fridays. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your item leaves our warehouse. We recommend reaching out to UPS directly for questions regarding delays in delivery.

Please note when checking out with Afterpay or Paypal, refunds are sent to the third party and they issue your refund.

We take great pride in the quality of our shoes. While we do not offer warranties for any of our products, we always stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. 

If there are any defects with your product aside from normal wear within the first year from the date of purchase please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Please note if you did not purchase directly for our website, you need to reach out to the retailer you purchased from for assistance first. 

All our shoes are handcrafted in our family owned factories in Brazil.
