Shipping

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

We ship out of New York; please see our UPS Ground Map for estimated transit times. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Physical addresses must be provided for the shipment to be completed.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders, and options for expedited shipping: 2-Day ($20.00) and Overnight ($30.00).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will ship out same day.
  • Orders placed between 2:00 PM (EST) Friday through midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Our carrier, UPS, ships and delivers on business days only. This applies also to 2-Day and Overnight shipping**.
  • UPS observes these holidays on days which shipping may not be available: UPS Holiday Schedule.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of the site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and UPS tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.

 **If an order is placed 2-Day on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday as well. 

Pricing and Billing

You may pay using a PayPal account, or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JBC.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

Bernardo shoes are handmade in Brazil with genuine, high-quality leathers.

To preserve the quality of your leather shoes, we recommend keeping the shoes as dry as possible, as the dyes may naturally bleed if wet.

Most leather Bernardo shoes feature a luxurious leather sole. If you prefer a more durable rubber sole, we recommend taking your shoes to a cobbler or shoe repair shop to have a rubber sole added. Select Bernardo styles are made with a rubber sole which is noted in the product description. Please note the composition when making your purchase!
