Return Policy

We gladly accept new, unused, full-price merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment or an exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

During promotional periods and special events (including the use of promo codes), all returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, with a $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund amount, or may be exchanged free of charge. Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description are eligible for return for store credit only within 30 days of purchase, with a $9.95 return fee deducted. Items purchased as part of our Sample Sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition, including original box, to be eligible for return
• Sale items and returns made during promotional events are subject to a $9.95 return fee
• Final Sale items are eligible for return for store credit only
• Items purchased as part of our Sample Sale are not returnable
• Items purchased through department stores or independent retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase; we can only assist with orders placed directly on Bernardo1946.com
  
• Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy requirements
