Return Policy

We gladly accept new, unused, full price merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days.

Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date with a $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund amount. Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description are only returnable for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date with a $9.95 return fee deducted.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a new size, please complete a return and repurchase the correct size.

If you purchased an item with a discount and need a new size, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

Items eligible for returns 

• All full price items that are unworn and in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Sale items that are unworn and in their original condition are eligible for return with a $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund amount.
• Final Sale items are eligible for return for store credit only with a $9.95 return fee deducted from the credit amount.
• Bernardo items purchased at any major department store or independent retailer must be returned to that store. We are only able to assist with merchandise purchased directly from Bernardo1946.com
• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our requirements
