Return Policy
We gladly accept new, unused, full price merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days.
Please note that during promotional periods and special events (including the use of promo codes), all returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date with a $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund amount. Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description are only returnable for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date with a $9.95 return fee deducted. Items part of our Sample Sale are not returnable.

Items eligible for returns
- All full price items that are unworn and in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Sale items that are unworn and in their original condition are eligible for return.
- Final Sale items are eligible for return for store credit only.
- Bernardo items purchased at any major department store or independent retailer must be returned to that store. We are only able to assist with merchandise purchased directly from Bernardo1946.com
- Expedited shipping costs are not refundable
- Items purchased as apart of our Sample Sale are not returnable
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our requirements
